Luxoroy AI designs, builds, and maintains custom AI revenue systems including lead qualification chatbots, appointment booking automation, and CRM integration. Services are delivered under a scope agreed upon after the demo review and kickoff call.
3. Payment Terms
You do not pay until you have reviewed and approved a working prototype of your AI system.
Setup fees are due upon prototype approval and before go-live deployment.
Monthly retainer fees are billed in advance, beginning on the go-live date.
All fees are stated in USD.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your monthly plan at any time with no cancellation fee. Monthly fees already billed are non-refundable. Setup fees are refundable only if a working prototype is not delivered within the agreed timeframe.
5. Guarantee Conditions
Our "3 qualified leads in month one" guarantee applies when: (a) the system has been live for a full 30 days, (b) you have maintained active lead traffic to the relevant pages, and (c) you have not made material changes to the AI system without our involvement. If these conditions are met and the benchmark is not reached, we extend build support at no charge.
6. Client Responsibilities
Providing accurate business information required for system training.
Maintaining access to your website, CRM, and booking tools as needed for integration.
Reviewing and approving the prototype within 5 business days of delivery.
Complying with all applicable laws regarding AI-assisted communications with your customers.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment of setup fees, you own the AI system configuration and conversation flows built specifically for your business. Luxoroy AI retains ownership of underlying frameworks, methodologies, and proprietary templates used in the build process.
8. Limitation of Liability
Luxoroy AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability in any dispute is limited to the fees paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal proceedings.
